Choosing Your Size
We recommend ordering the size you normally wear according to EU/Turk sizing.

If your chosen size doesn't fit, contact us on WhatsApp at +355 69 407 7739 after receiving your order and we will help arrange a size exchange.

Exchange Period
Exchange requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, returned with original tags and in their original packaging.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. YOSOY will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund and cover the related shipping costs.
