Submitting an order constitutes a purchase request. An order is confirmed only after the customer receives the second confirmation email.

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable or fail our quality inspection before dispatch. If this occurs, YOSOY will contact the customer immediately to offer an alternative, replacement or refund.
